
Fully rescaling and cutting frames on animations, to make them either longer/shorter, faster/slower aka. stretch/shrink. Automatically adjusts keyframes of hit/sound/quake along with the frame-change.
Really useful to fine-tune attack or skill animations to your needs, as some of the animations from attacks or skills are based on the actual amount of Frames inside the animation.
Example: If you want a skill/attack to happen faster, just rescale it to have lower frames!
