Item icons will now show their corresponding icons and Terrain Textures will show their textures as thumbnails as well.

Additionally displaying some general icons for Objects, Ctrls, Movers, SFX and Regions

Item icons will load dynamically(also called "lazy loading" in order to prevent lags).
